WHERE ARE AIRWORTHY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Each of Airworthy’s products are manufactured in-house in Portland, Oregon. While we manufacture in Portland, Airworthy products are truly designed and developed in countless places. We work in the studio, in the shop, and in the field (our favorite!) as we build, test, and learn our way to the most considered solutions available.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE AIRWORTHY PRODUCTS?
Airworthy products are available all day and every day at airworthyequipment.com. Airworthy believes in engaging directly with our customers. We believe strongly in the value of community and the power of feedback. Our direct connection to consumers allows us to be most responsive to customer needs, and to deliver the best value possible as we grow and refine our offerings. At this time, Airworthy products are only available for shipping to addresses in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
How soon can I get my airworthy product?
Due to the wide range of floor plans and styles that are on the road, Airworthy builds its products on a made-to-order basis. This allows us to provide you the best fit possible at the best value possible. Please refer to the individual product pages for current production timelines.
IS SHIPPING EXTRA OR INCLUDED IN THE AIRWORTHY PRICE?
What you see is what you pay. For all products, we include free ground shipping in the product price (continental U.S. addresses only) . If you need your product more quickly, please contact us for expedited shipping options and costs.
WHAT IS THE AIRWORTHY RETURN POLICY?
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, Airworthy offers a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on all products. If it’s not what you’re expecting, just drop us a line and we’ll arrange the return process. We only ask that you provide the return shipping and get the product back to us in its original condition. We will then refund your full original purchase price.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON AIRWORTHY PRODUCTS?
We believe in what we do and we stand behind what we sell. All Airworthy products carry a one year warranty for manufacturing and material defects. Please contact us if you find any concerns and we’ll work with you to make it right.
